Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information as described below.

    Your Right to Opt Out

Certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, give eligible residents the right to direct a business to stop selling or sharing their personal information. This page describes how to exercise that right if it applies to you.

Turnkey Cybersecurity (operated by Huttan Holding LLC) is a business-to-business professional services firm. We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration as a core business practice. We may share limited contact and engagement data with service providers and analytics platforms in the ordinary course of business operations.

If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of the sharing of your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or other purposes covered by the CCPA/CPRA, you may submit a request using the contact information below.

    How to Submit a Request

To submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, contact us by email. Include "Do Not Sell Request" in the subject line and provide enough information to identify your relationship with us (for example, the email address or name associated with prior contact).

We will acknowledge your request within a reasonable time and respond substantively as required by applicable law. We will not deny you goods or services, or charge you a different price, because you exercised this right.

    What Information We May Hold

Personal information we may process in connection with website visitors and prospective clients includes contact information (name, email address, company, phone number), interaction data (pages visited, form submissions), and general location inferred from IP address. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, government identifiers, or health data through our public website.

Information collected as part of a professional services engagement is governed by the applicable services agreement and applicable law, and is handled separately from consumer data described here.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require verification that the agent is authorized to act for you before processing the request.
