Mitch is a Cornell-trained electrical engineer whose career spans defense, enterprise IT, financial services, and cybersecurity leadership.
At Texas Instruments Defense Systems, he contributed to the first Global Positioning System receiver for the U.S. Air Force, then led a technical organization of more than 350 people supporting systems from real-time mission simulation hardware to mainframe data centers.
His teams supported classified DoD programs, advanced virtualization long before it became mainstream, and later brought that technical depth into CTO, CIO, and CISO roles in global mortgage services. Today he leads technical strategy, compliance architecture, and CISO advisory work.
